This hotel was really centrally located and the staff from the reception were there at any hours. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely pleasant hotel and terrific location. I Definitely suggest this hotel!

The beds have been comfy and the other guests ended up normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Exceptional my stay at IH Hotels Milano Watt 13 customer care helped me receive a new room Once i asked for assist. The breakfast and foodstuff generally was best. All of the staff members I contacted were really nice.

I have booked the room for 3 nights with my wife. Beds were cozy and the space was always pretty clean. The personnel have been quite useful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large plus the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
